This helps us identify property owners who may benefit most from a cash offer. Scoring is based solely on property-level data, never on demographic or protected-class information.
• Property Valuation: AI models analyze comparable sales, market trends, property condition, and local economic indicators to generate estimated property values and recommended offer amounts.
• Buyer Matching: Our system matches assigned contracts to Buyers based on their stated criteria (price range, property type, location, condition preference) and investment capacity. Matching runs automatically every 30 minutes.
• Automated Outreach: AI-powered systems conduct initial Seller outreach via phone calls and email. All AI-generated calls clearly identify themselves as being from Closureforu.
• Document Generation: AI assists in generating PSAs, Assignment Agreements, and related legal documents based on deal parameters.
• Market Analysis: Continuous analysis of real estate market data to identify distressed property opportunities.

4. Third-Party Sharing
